Bessie was a LOVE with our sweet little pup! She was so patient with him and even sat outside with him while waiting for us because he was curious about the cars driving by. She was so loving and gentle with him, especially because it was his first time being groomed. We cannot wait to come back and cannot thank her enough!!

The before and after - we got a teddy bear cut for our Pom and couldn’t be happier. Service was super friendly and informative, would definitely recommend! Just remember to book in advance!

I went this past weekend for my five month old cockapoo puppy, and Bessie did a great job! I have been trying to find a new groomer for my puppy, as a previous groomer I took him to told me he was too anxious to get the full body groom done, yet still took four hours to groom him and charged me exorbitantly for only a bath, nails, and shaving his underside -- most of which I would be able to do myself. I wanted to find a groomer who would take the time to keep him calm and work with him to get him comfortable to cut his hair, since he was starting to get pretty shaggy and it's getting warmer. She only took 1-2 hours to get him fully groomed, and the before and after look great! Her pricing was also very reasonable, and I even got a new client $10 discount! Thank you so much, and I look forward to taking him here again for his next groom!

Did some research to find an ideal place to groom my girl, and I’m glad that I made a wise choice. They care about their customers’ thoughts, and do excellent job with my girl. I was even not able to recognize her immediately after the groom, since they totally make her up to the next level of cuteness. I put on some clothes on my puppy and took some photos. Just see the before and after pictures 😂

I am so happy I found this place for my babies! We previously used PetSmart in Fairfax Lakes and had a great groomer there, though the prices were high. Unfortunately, the management was repeatedly rude and disrespectful toward both customers and staff — one too many times for me. I started searching for a new groomer and came across Bessie’s Pet Grooming, and I couldn’t be happier! Not only did I find an excellent groomer for my babies, but also a true home where they feel welcome and loved. My dogs don’t hit the brakes when we arrive — instead, they run up the stairs like it’s the best thing ever! They go on a weekday, which is set aside for the little guys, and they’re free to wander around and play with their new friends. The staff is always kind and respectful to both owners and pets. I feel so happy and confident when I drop them off and just as happy when I pick them up. The grooming skills are excellent, the prices are very fair, and the care they give is genuine. We have truly been blessed to find Bessie’s! ❤️🐾

I love this place! The best service and the best groomer!!! The first 2 pics are *after* and the last 2 pics are*before*. They give me and my puppy everything we need! Thank you sooooooo much

We had the BEST experience today with our dog’s groom. Bessie and her team fit him in on short notice and did an incredible job with our wheaten terrier. We are so pleased and will definitely be back!

All I can say is they are AMAZING! If you’re like me and trying to find your fur babies first groomer this is the place. My puppy was 4.5 months old and was his first time to get groomed. I was alittle nervous but they took such great care of him and made sure he had a good first experience. The facility and customer service is super clean and professional. I also think the prices are very fair and can be viewed on the website. He came out looking so clean and perfect. They took excellent care of him. His cut was very good and his nails trimmed perfectly. I will 100% be coming back again and forever.

This place is a real hidden gem - I say that not only because the service, but also the price (you know nova grooming price can go crazy). As I’m relocating, I wanted to share it with more people. Coffee and Miso went home happy every time and they did really good jobs on grooming both. I can tell they care about my fur babies, which gives us peace of mind.

Bessie and the Staff do excellent work. I have an older dog that's not thrilled when grooming time comes but Bessie makes it special and he gets through the experience with no problems and looks great. Experience it for yourself.
